Helena Gata
Helena Gata is the author of the study "The Working Poor in Portugal: profiles, conditioning factors for socio-labor insertion and strategies to break poverty cycle". She is a researcher in the area of poverty and employment at SOCIUS/CSG at ISEG-UL. Through research and consultancy services, she seeks to contribute to a fairer and more equitable labor market.
Specialist in Economic and Organizational Sociology, she has experience in strategic consulting, corporate social responsibility, design and management of social intervention projects in Portugal and african countries such as Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, S. Tomé e Príncipe, Cabo Verde, Algeria and Angola.
